Does it cost for me to exchange?
Exchanges are currently exclusive to customers in the UK and are free of charge.
Can I exchange an item?
Customers in the UK can exchange an item within 30 days from the purchase date. You can start the exchange here. Please note that exchanges are only available for a different size.
My exchange item is now out of stock. How does this work?
We cannot set items aside for exchanges. If your new selections are out of stock, we will go ahead and process a refund instead. Feel free to reach out to us here for more help!
Can I make a direct exchange as an international customer?
Unfortunately we do not offer direct exchanges for international customers. But don't worry, you can return your item and place a new order in the size you need!. For more details on how to return, click here.
Can I exchange a petite item for the regular fit?
Unfortunately, petite items cannot be exchanged for the regular fit or vice versa. However, you’re welcome to return your item and place a new order for the fit you prefer!.
