Our policy

• We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or unused merchandise in sellable condition, provided the tag is still attached, for a refund.

• Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been removed.

• We kindly ask that you don’t combine multiple orders in a single return, as this can complicate processing for our team. To ensure a smooth return process, please initiate separate returns for each order number.

How to return?

2. Enter your order number and zip code to begin processing your return.

3. Select the items you wish to return.

4. After you submit your inquiry, you will receive an email with your shipping label.
